Damon L. Mascieri has diverse experience investing in three distinct arenas: real estate investment, development and management; financial trading; and asset management as well as operating companies.

To accomplish his investment goals, Mr. Mascieri established Black Wolf Capital — a vertically integrated holding company and proprietary trading firm that includes Redwood Property Holdings, Fortis Development Group, Radix Property Group, and UrbanEdge Construction.

Since 2002, he has completed a wide range of construction projects including ground-up new construction, multi-family and residential new construction, multi-family rehabilitations, historic rehabilitations, and commercial office, industrial and retail construction projects in Philadelphia, Suburbs of Philadelphia, New Jersey, Georgia and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI). Mr. Mascieri has transacted more than $125,000,000 in real estate without the help of outside capital, partners, or investors.

In private debt, equity and asset-backed loan investments, Mr. Mascieri has structured five such investments on strategic commercial real estate deals. All investments and investors have been successfully completed and compensated.

Mr. Mascieri received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Drexel University in 2002, majoring in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He is an active and dedicated father to two children and is active with numerous charities and non-profits while coaching a Top 20 youth team in USA Hockey.
